Green Bay Packers linebacker Quay Walker said he thought about his two ejections in 2022 the "entire offseason" in hopes of controlling his emotions entering his second NFL season.

Sounds like he made a serious effort to address the problem in the offseason. What I'm worried about are refs flagging him solely on his reputation.

I hope he lost sleep over his mistakes.

If he did not feel a high level of remorse, he will not change.
