Vikings sign Dean Lowry

Defensive lineman Dean Lowry is switching sides in the Packers-Vikings rivalry. The Vikings announced that Lowry has agreed to terms on a contract with the team on Friday. He has spent all seven of his NFL seasons with the Packers. Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that it is a two-year, $8.5 million for Lowry. [

He made a play every few games or so. Personally I’m happy he’s gone. Nothing personal, he just didn’t do much for us.

Well we should be able to run the ball in his direction when we play Minnesota. He's probably one of the few players who thrived under Capers and then took steps back under Pettine, had a nice rebound year in 2021 and then regressed again.

I think Wyatt and Slaton are better than Dean was so perhaps this is addition by subtraction? They will probably add another one in the draft next month.
