The Packers don't have to be better than the top 6 teams in The NFC, they only have to be better than the bottom 9 teams.
Not going to worry about tie breakers this early.
Division leaders may change week to week so some teams may appear then disappear.
So here we go

7th Packers....3-3
8th Rams........3-3
9th Seahawks.3-3
10th Falcons.....3-3
11th Saints.......2-4
12th Cardinals..2-4
13th Bears .......2-4
14th Wash........2-4
15th Lions........1-4
16th Panthers...1-5
I'll update this every week, to see where The Pack stands.

I see us finishing 7-10 or 8-9. We have a very tough schedule left. I see us splitting with the Lions as we always struggle in Detroit.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

#2 The Packers only have to be better than the teams listed. Other than The Rams, who will probably leave the list, there is only the team they replace to beat .
#3 Week to Week league, The Packers are no longer the hunted.
#4 The Vikings have already played their 3 home division games.
Tell me the last time they have finished strong?

The whole point of this thread is to show where The Packers are at to make the playoffs.
Hell you may be right at 8-9.
8-9 could be good enough.
Doesn't matter how you get in.
Reference 2010 year.

Packers are .500 and now is not the time to talk about the playoffs with just six games in.

Ya all knew it was coming.

Maybe it's trading for an OL?

Have The Packers hit rock bottom yet?
One of these teams is going to make the playoffs.
No tie breakers figured in(to early).

Rams........3-3
Wash ....... 3-4
Packers.....3-4
49rs...........3-4
Falcons......3-4
Cardinals...3-4
Saints........2-5
Bears ........3-4 or 2-5
Lions.........1-5
Panthers...2-5

Seems to me, The Packers are fighting all these teams in a 10 game season.

Packers.....3-4 .... 0.581 (5th)
49rs...........3-4 ..... 0.456 (24th)

Falcons......3-4 ..... 0.391 (31st second easiest remaining schedule)

Cardinals...3-4 ..... 0.493 (17th)
Saints........2-5 (26th)
Bears ........3-4 or 2-5 (6th)
Lions.........1-5 (11th)
Panthers...2-5 (30th)

So looks like Rams or 49ers as they have the current lead and an easier schedules, but Flacons and Panthers have among the weakest remaining schedules.

Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Now that's a thought, maybe they're looking at the college ranks? Maybe not head coaches but DC/assistant DCs with league experience?
beast (30-Jan) : College Coaches wouldn't want that publicly, as it would hurt recruiting and they might not get the job.
beast (30-Jan) : I thought they were supposed to publicly announce them, at least the NFL ones. Hafley was from college, so I believe different rules.
Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired
