The Packers had a 10-point lead over the Giants at halftime of Sunday’s game in London, but they wouldn’t wind up flying back to Green Bay with a win.

The Giants scored the first three times they had the ball in the second half and wound up with a 27-22 win that moved them to 4-1 on the season. Quarterback Daniel Jones was 13-of-14 for 136 yards while also running for 36 yards in the second half and the Giants converted 4-of-6 third downs in order to keep the ball in their hands for more than 18 minutes over the course of the three scoring drives.

On Monday, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that the blame for the defensive shortcomings and the onus to fix them fall on more people than defensive coordinator Joe Barry.

“I think we all have to do more,” LaFleur said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “Quite frankly, we need every guy doing their job on every single play. Because there was a lot of just one-offs here and there and that’s what led to just that second half where you give up long drives.”

LaFleur cited penalties, a lack of urgency getting lined up before plays, and a lack of cohesion in pass coverage as some of the things that need to be corrected before the Packers host the Jets in Week Six.

Yeah, I've been crapping on Barry (and some what rightfully so), but the players also seriously need to stop missing tackles...

Like Barry probably needs to teach them tackling again... and pissing them off when they miss tackles. Heck, maybe if you miss a tackle, your butt gets benched...

Also, I'm not sure if this is coaches or players, or probably both, but when they do adjust, the players look like they aren't expecting it and they're running some scheme they didn't plan on running.

But let's not focus on just defense, STs (with no FGs) outscored the offense in the second half ...

Packers need to fix their lack of deep ball passing, and their RG/RT communications... I can understand when those two get beat when a defensive player just does better... but they're screwing up on DL stunts and what they should be doing on them way to freaking much.

And seems like Bakhtiari isn't 100% so they want to keep Nijman there... but they got to do better....

Newman's general play need to improve and Jenkins vision needs to improve... Jenkins likes locking in on one guy.

I almost wonder if Jenkins at RG and Newman at RT with TE help would be better. As Jenkins at OG would erase one problem... Newman at RT would just make that problem bigger, but one problem might be better than two.

I interviewed coach Matt yesterday. Here is a little of that.
Cheesey: Coach, what seems to be the problem on defense?
Matt: We need to tackle on defense. And not allow their WRs to get wide open every play.
Cheesey: what about on offense?
Matt: We need to stay with what is working, and not change "just because". Also our WRs should watch what the other team's WRs are doing to get open, and start doing that. Our O-line needs to block better, and our QB has to throw more accurate.
Cheesey: Do you have anything else to add?
Matt: Yeah, we need to score more points.
Oh.....and we need to fix pad level.

We know this because it's been said post-game. Most notably Jaire saying the 60+ yarder to Jefferson was his fault, he shouldn't have passed him off.

Current RG and RT are like a C- and I thnk it goes up to B+ with Jenkins at RG and Yosh or anyone at RT. The RT is someone who Rodgers can see and we can also chip with a TE like Lewis or Tonyan.

I just don't think Jenkins is a RT. I think he's best at LG.
