Dear Greg Jennings, you were one of my favorite members of the Green Bay Packers in the late-Favre, early Aaron Rodgers eras. A member of a Packers Super Bowl and an elite wide receiver for years, I was thrilled consistently with your talent and professionalism on the field. I even remember thinking: Greg is really [...]

Jennings crying and complaining sure has gotten old. About Day 2 it was old and time to move on.

I'm starting to feel bad for the guy. The only thing anyone wants to talk to him about is Aaron Rodgers. The guy spends a whole season talking Aaron Rodgers up and nothing. He assumes the report is true about him wanting $50 million and relays a story that Aaron told him during his contract stuff and BOOM, it goes crazy. Might be time to just stop mentioning Aaron's name for that man.

I don't feel sorry for him. He's getting paid. If he doesn't want the flak, he can choose another career.

Interesting that him & Jermichael Finley are really the only former teammates that have anything negative to say about him. Everybody else talks about how great of a leader and friend he is. James Jones loves the guy.

Jennings thought he was all that. Remember his sister's comments? I bet that was what Jennings was feeding her.

He's just doing his normal job and it's not like he's getting paid for his sound bites.

There sure does seem to be a lot more players past and present who come out on Rodgers behalf though. Mostly positive. I think when Jennings said he was hurt he and Rodgers don't have a better connection, I think it's true. I think he's jealous of the other guys and this is how he handles that jealousy. But I mean, dude, if you want a bond with someone, you can't be tossing out negative comments. True comments or not, you just can't do that AND expect friendship. This isn't 4th grade where you and your enemy fight and two weeks later become best friends.

KGB's issues are that clearly he's crazy (maybe too many blows to the head), but seems to be part of an extreme religion group, which I believe is cited as a terrorist group in some parts of the world.

Anyways KGB religious beliefs seem to include males run the family and he should have full authority over his ex-wife and kids (and since he didn't agree to the divorce she is his wife, not ex-wife). Also in the United States he is only bound by the United States Constitution. No other federal, state or local laws are recognized by his religious group, as being authority to them, and yes he has went to court and attempted to argue this to a court when two of his "disciples" showed up with loaded guns at his children Christmas play, which KGB sees as illegal because he forbid his children from being in the play and as male he runs the family (despite I believe his wife having full custody of the children).

But anyways, it seems like KGB and Rodgers didn't see eye to eye, and based on their personalities they both probably thought it was a good idea to sit down and talk about it, until realizing KGB is crazy and that going absolutely no where.

And then their is Jennings, which is the only even half credible complaint....

Jennings complaint which was more than Rodgers at first, was that people never gave him the credit he deserved, that he as a rookie came in and started making plays day 1 and didn't have to learn the system muliple years like all the other rookies but got it down quickly and knew it year 1. And despite this, the QBs always got all the credit instead of him.

And this is totally true, Favre and Rodgers totally did get all the credit. Especially when you consider Jennings was working out and trash talking with the likes of Larry Fitzgerald... which Larry always could go back to, yeah but you played with HOF QBs for your entire career and look what I've had to play with.

Then the transition from Favre to Rodgers was supposively a rough one for some of the players, as Favre would like to the coaches to protect and cover up for the players... with Favre taking blame for other guys errors. Oh he ran the wrong route? Nope, I told him in the huddle to run that route, that's on me. Where Rodgers didn't lie to the coaches at all and therefore didn't cover teammates butts at all, so players got a lot more chewing out by coaches. As an outsider, I think you can argue this either way, but as a WR, I think it's easy to see why WRs would hate this, one moment they're free to try to make plays and don't get yelled at as their QB covers their butt, to now all that's gone, and he's getting praised more than me.

Plus let's not forget, I believe even Rodgers own words (and Donald Driver's too), Rodgers came in smug, and bragging about Wonderlic test and rubbing people the wrong way.

So I think Jennings probably certainly had a right to have an issue with Rodgers at one point. Though that point should of disappeared a long time ago, and he should be able to say we're not friends, we don't keep in contact and give his expect opinion without bringing his past issues up.

Mucky Tundra (2-Apr) : Will there be a tracker on the ball or something?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : uh oh
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : Too bad camera's can't spot the ball as well.
Mucky Tundra (1-Apr) : So will the chain gang be gone completely or will they still be around as a backup or whatever?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : The method for measuring first downs in the NFL will switch from chain gangs to camera-based technology in 2025, the league announced.
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : A big step in the right direction. Just put in the college system is very very good.

Mucky Tundra (27-Mar) : Only career highspot was a 200 yard rushing game while playing for the Cardinals
Mucky Tundra (27-Mar) : He is a former Packer. Drafted out of Northern Illinois. Didn't do much in GB.
dfosterf (26-Mar) : Despicable
Zero2Cool (26-Mar) : Former NFL. I think Packers too
Zero2Cool (26-Mar) : NFL RB Leshon Johnson has been charged in a massive dog fighting operation, with the FBI seizing over 190 Pit Bulls
Mucky Tundra (26-Mar) : Some real irony of a QB as short as Wilson playing for the Giants
Mucky Tundra (26-Mar) : Giants country, let's be the tall beings of lore!
