Packers are a projected $70 million over the salary cap. Yet, they probably have two or three of these guys on their roster anyway.

Perhaps there are a few that would come if they were passed over by 31 other teams.
The biggest problem is that they don't want to be paid monopoly money while Rodgers is eating up the greenbacks.

Kind of like Charles Woodson had no intention of playing in Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers or no Aaron Rodgers, he came to Green Bay because he was out of options unless he wanted to switch to the safety position.
It worked out for him as he won a ring with the Packers.
Unfortunately it's common knowledge amongst the free agents know that Aaron Rodgers hasn't been able to get his team to the Super Bowl in the last eleven years, so why bother unless they really need a job.

If they FAs think they have talent that could push the Packers over the top, why wouldn't they sign here? The reasons they haven't gone to a SB since 2010 isn't because of Rodgers.
