This news report is interesting to me:
Packers keeping Adam Stenavich, whom Broncos had interest in interviewing
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/01/28/packers-keeping-adam-stenavich-whom-broncos-had-interest-in-interviewing/

Is it true?

I think he did an outstanding job on our Offensive line. I wonder if they promised them the Offensive Coordinator job.

If he was OC, do you think he would me or run oriented? I wonder if Rodgers stays around, how or what kind of a relationship would develop? I think Rodgers interfaced mainly with Getsy and Hackett and if both were to leave, I think Rodgers would too.

If he is OC, I hope to see some more creative blocking schemes, such a trap blocks, cross blocks, TE crack back block, which we did not see against San Francisco (or most other opponents). The lack of any of these types of plays lets the defense just in their ears back and rush.

Thoughts appreciated.

I wonder how much influence the OC really has in this scenario, with MLF running his own offense and calling the plays, etc.

Yes. That's what Hackett and others have done. At least that's what's said in interviews. Certain plays come from different people. If anything, LaFleur offensive genius is over rated. And his leadership underrated. He fosters ideas and collaboration.

Again, this is based on what I've heard from player and coach interviews. LaFleur is good at offensive scheme. But he wants input from others to challenge him and to bring about better strategies.

Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : The spotting of the ball IS the issue. Not the chain gang.

Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : uh oh
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : Too bad camera's can't spot the ball as well.
Mucky Tundra (1-Apr) : So will the chain gang be gone completely or will they still be around as a backup or whatever?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : The method for measuring first downs in the NFL will switch from chain gangs to camera-based technology in 2025, the league announced.
