I'll avoid the comparison between Brett and Aaron in this article, mostly because it is based on information that is no longer up to date.
However, the issue surrounding Brett's leadership is very, very interesting. Brett's the play by example leader and Aaron is the emotionally vested, verbal leader. I do think the players are being a bit diplomatic in supporting Rodgers however, because there are some of the things Favre brings to the table (such as audibles and diagnosing plays) that are not mentioned. But it is interesting that so much of his "leadership" is perceived by his former teammates as nothing more than Favre's modus operandi.
