Hayward seem to fall off really quick with his new team. I think he's on the Raiders now. Hyde is still going strong though. I remember his interception in a playoff game. Remarkable.

If we look at his time with the Packers (2012-15), he graded at 92.2, 72.4, 90, and 71.5. Average of 81.5. It's still kind of crazy that they let him walk when he showed flashes of being elite.
Starting from 2016, he received PFF grades of 82.8, 91.1, 78.5, 83, then the dip down to 59.5 in 2020 and now he's back up to 86.3 for the year with the Raiders. That's the highest grade for a corner so far.
From 2016-2019 he averaged 83.8. If we throw in his down 2020 year he still hits a respectable 78.9 for his time with the Chargers.
I don't know how to compare multiple years on PFF but I would guess there are only a couple of corners who have averaged higher grades since he was drafted (a solid 80). If there are any at all that is - Hayward's career average grade is higher than Jalen Ramsey's (78.7), for instance. His first 4 years in the league were better than Ramsey as well (same 78.7 number).
Now that I'm digging, Jaire Alexander's first 3 years gives him an average of 79.5.
