It's hard to argue against what Tom Brady says here. Especially after watching Clay Matthews get burned so many times and costing the Packers at least one game, if not two.

More good stuff.

Thank you so much for sharing that!

As far as the first video, absolutely preach! Defensive players have absolutely been screwed at times for offensive mistakes, and that's probably the refs and rules biggest failures, and something I've been pissed at the Packers at times, in that, they don't take advantage of this... when refs are screwing the defenders, the Packers defense gets screwed and then Packers offense doesn't use the same tricks to get the refs calls.

The Ssecond video, Brady makes a good point, but to some degree doesn't that point counter the point he made in the first video? Just saying... but he's right, it should be all knees are protected or no knees protected. That being said... maybe it should be no knees (except linemen, a lot of dirty cheating can go on in the trenches if you don't protect their knees)... but some of the calls on the QBs knee have been down right awful. Like I think Nick Perry on Russell Wilson, he hit him on the hip, Wilson kept running and broke the tackle as Perry fell down and Wilson running out of room throw a bad pass, 4th down. Flag, illegal hit to the QBs knees.... 1st down.... what?!? That was to his hip and he fell down and failed to wrap up... that wasn't to the knee at all.

Beast, you are correct.

Brady asserts that he wants to protect a receivers knees...of course a good idea. But since a defender cant hit in the head, and given that a receiver crouches many times when they feel contact is forthcoming....where the hell can you hit the guy.?

That notwithstanding Brady, Rodgers and so many others have such great observations, one would think Godell would have some of these guys in on rules committee meetings.

And Belichick, will jump through a loophole in a second, but sometimes hers absolutely pointed the loopholes out in advance and no one trust him and they refuse to close it, so he then goes and makes a mockery of the loophole or uses it when they really need it, like the playoff game against the Ravens where he lined up receivers at OL and OL at recevers, and the defense didn't know what to do.

But Belichick was also the one that wanted cameras straight down all sidelines and goalies to make calls easy as possible, NFL said no, no, no... and now most end zone cameras are at an angle making it harder to tell and easier to cover up if the refs blow a call.
