Hey, mattresell, I would appreciate if you'd contribute a statistical analysis of this topic to the Statistical Playground. One interesting thing to look at might be what was the Packers' record vs. their return-game ranking in the past 8 seasons?

No direct correlation to wins and KR success, but being dead last hasn't helped out at all.

How much difference is there between the top and bottom teams in kick return average? I think the league average is around the 28 yard line, and I doubt that there is much variation when you look at season averages. It would be nice to have someone who could take one to the house once or twice a year, though. Blackmon almost had that one. Nelson has not looked very good returning kicks, though, from what I've seen.
