His beef is that he's older than ancient dirt and needs his beauty sleep. Lots of it. 😁🤣

Glad to see MLF not taking the Panthers lightly. They've lost some close games on the road against playoff teams like the Chiefs (33-31) and the Saints (27-24). Could easily snatch a victory at Lambeau tomorrow.

I'll take it.

-Defense won this today. Without that 14 point swing on that miracle forced fumble, offense would have had to complete a pass in the second half.

-What's with all these RPO screens? Nothing else in the playbook? I get that Aaron loves to have control, but can we call some real pass plays once in awhile?

-That drop by Lazard in the 2Q started this lull. He's a good player, not prone to drops. (Not to jinx him.) Made a clutch 3rd down reception in the 4Q.

-Whats the word on 30's injury?

-Is Jackson ok? Was inactive today. Was he a healthy scratch? Hope they're not giving up on him.

-Is Barnes ok?

-These lulls gotta stop.

Is Sternberger still in the concussion protocol?

That last drive that ended in a FG took 5:00 off the clock. Wasn't as pathetic as it seemed at the time. Burned a sufficient amount of time off the clock, AND got points.

Included that clutch 3rd down by Lazard where he tried to hurtle the guy.

Could minimally be considered an adequate drive. Judging by the highlight reel video.

Highlights:
• Young ILB linebacker play
 • Improved Safety Play
 • Alexander continuing to shut down
 • In the first half, Turner pulling and creative run scheming (this was absent in the second half)
Lowlights:

Drops - 2 by 17, one by 13
Patrick getting blown up on multiple occasions (perhaps it is Runyan time?)
Moreover, against a physical DL, we were outmatched. This portends badly against playoff caliber teams we will be seeing the balance on the year
Potential injuries on DL and LB and 30
Post game interview with 12 on NFL network was good as well as he essentially said that the offense sucked in 2h and they have to play better to do anything in the playoffs.
 • I think we are going to get our asses whipped by Tennessee and Chicago if Hicks is back and healthy. I hope I eat my words, but my expectations for us to do anything in the playoffs was lowered a notch yesterday. We can talk about Jones, Williams, MVS, 12, and King, et. al. until the cows come home, but the biggest issue we have is in the trenches. On both sides of the ball we either have to get better, or play better, or both.
