I think the fact that he was the 4th WR behind two better speed WRs and Randall Cobb, playing less than 25% of the snaps were more the reason than scheme or coach.
TE Jace Sternberger and WR Malik Taylor are the closest two Packers on offense to 25% of snaps for comparison.
I'm less concerned with his actual potential, then he has to learn the scheme and gain Rodgers trust in 5 or 6 games... which I just don't see as likely... and the cost of 2+ million when we're already 10 million over next year cap. If he'd be willing to work out a cheaper deal and maybe add next year as well, that might be nice and make it worth it.
