Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones was back on the practice field Thursday in a limited basis, and it appeared to be a good sign for the Falcons. This could be our DBs biggest test so far, and they haven't looked as good as expected (other than maybe Alexander), so this could potentially be a big shoot out...

That being said, the pass rushers might be licking their chops to potential get Clark back and be let loose and pass rush more often.

The Safeties have been the most disappointing but outside Alexander the DBs haven't looked so good to me.

PFF (not perfect) backs this up, with Alexander being the only DB getting a lot of playing time with a grade above 60.5 ... with Sullivan getting the 60.2 grade stopping me from simply saying 60.

As a bigger guy, Jones seems like a guy we should be able to pound at the line (i.e. no free release) and make him work the hammy extra hard.

I doubt the Packers defense is going to change up their normal operations, but I'd honestly practing it some and would consider it... as quickness gives King more troubles, and while Alexander can be awesome, you can only do so much about Jones being 5" taller, 20 LBers heavier and more physical if the pass is perfect.

Yeah and Packers normally keep the CBs to their own sides, but Jones vs King is big physical long strider vs big physical long strider, that might be an interesting fair battle. And then Alexander vs Calvin Ridley quickness would also be a good matchup.

I doubt the Packers defense is going to change up their normal operations, but I'd honestly practing it some and would consider it... as quickness gives King more troubles, and while Alexander can be awesome, you can only do so much about Jones being 5" taller, 20 LBers heavier and more physical if the pass is perfect.
