The Green Bay Packers have released FB Jordan Jones and G Cole Madison. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Friday.
Madison was selected by the Packers in the fifth round (No. 138 overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Washington State.
Madison is coming off a torn ACL suffered in practice last November. At the time, Matt LaFleur, said “My heart breaks for him, man. He works hard, and he’s getting better, and it’s just one of those bad injuries.”
