I think Raven Greene could definitely provide some good stuff to the defense. What you think?

Then the defense struggled more against better OLs/QB combos. I didn't think him along would change the defense back to the dominant first two weeks we saw.
That being said, I think it's clear that Greene can absolutely play a very important role, and probably be successful at it.

The Packers need a coverage LB, and the options are Kirksey, Burks and 3rd Safety.
While traditional Kirksay has done well in coverage, he reported struggled at it in his last healthy season and then had two seasons with injuries.
Burks, well, he's just struggled on defense so far, despite maybe the highest potential for this role, he's also got the lowest floor and hasn't yet shown us flashes that he'll improve (yet).
3rd Safety, as they did last year, get Greene on the field and they later did with Campbell, might give their best coverage, which I believe is what Pettine is going.for, what's best against the passing game.

The bottom line is, if healthy, Kirksey will get on the field, and I think he'll be Summers and Martin competing for the physical LB role when Kirksey is in the coverage LB role, maybe against more run first teams.
While Burks and Greene will compete for the the coverage LB role against more teams and I think Greene will win.
But even if they go with Kirksey at coverage LB, Greene still has a shot to get on the field, as they have named Savage as a potential option in the slot CB role, which would free up a Safety role. And while Savage might be at a disadvantage in terms of getting practice snaps in this role, making it less likely to happen, he also might be physically the most talented option, (except maybe Alexander whom we want on the outside,) that they have available.
So if healthy, I expect them to find ways to get Greene on the field often, mostly as the coverage LB, but possibly at Safety too.
