Do you want Tramon Williams to return?

Packers General Manager Brian Gutekunst plans to be an active trader during the draft and the results of any moves around the board will impact at least one post-draft decision about the roster. During a Monday conference call, Gutekunst was asked about the chances that cornerback Tramon Williams will be back with the team in [more]

No, because the thought of Green Bay not being able to find a younger player who's an improvement over a 37-year-old is pretty depressing to contemplate.

Williams doesn't play like a 37 yo but it's time to move on. Dust him off a seat in the Packer's Hall and tell him thank you.

Been a good player and an excellent teammate.
No, age is catching up to him.
Offer him a coaching job.
Put him in the Hall.

I agree with the previous posts.
He filled a need. But it’s time to put someone younger in there.
If you can’t find someone better and younger at this point, then something’s wrong.

If we can sign him at the vet minimum why not invite him to camp? I still see CB a realistic high round pick as King in my opinion is likely gone after this season and with losing Tramon we are in a bit of a hole with Alexander as potentially our only proven commodity next year.

I got no problem with Tramon...

But it would be nice if we actually got some good young CBs on cheap contracts other than Alexander.

King has been extremely inconsistent at best. Unavailable at worse.

They have hyped Josh Jackson, but it's basically it's about put up or shut up time for him. I mean I understand he was extremely raw and a long term project, but if he can't get on the field for year three, it's not looking good for a 2nd round investment.

I don't see him signing with anyone for less than $4 million. Especially if he is going to get starter snaps as the slot defender again. According to PFF he was the highest ranked CB in GB. (Maybe 2nd after Chandon Sullivan who didn't have very many snaps.)
