That’s kind of how I saw it. Yes, he WAS pushed into the guy, but he was running full speed and I doubt he could have missed hitting the returner.

During the replays it looked like Brown was coming regardless of being blocked or not. And I believe the rule is even if you are blocked into the returner, it doesn't matter.

I blame that on Brown 100%. He was running full speed at him and there's no way he was going to miss him. Brown was following the ball.

I believe if there is no signal for fair catch, that is when the blocked into returner deal comes into play.

Not a rules expert as they seem to change a lot, but that is what I believe I've heard and understand.
