He can definitely get after it though. Webb was getting the ball out, and when he wasn't he was scrambling a little faster than most running QBs.

In the play they show in the article, he's actually triple teamed, the TE blocks him, the back chips him, and then the LT is there to block him as well, and he still manages to get near the QB. It's very reminiscent of the extra attention opposing teams paid him at Michigan.

Imagine what this play looks like if Clark and Za'Darius Smith are rushing too. They won't have the luxury of triple-teaming Gary. I know it's just preseason, but the kid looks promising.

Well, I was generally speaking about the other guys on the d-line. During the scrimmages against the Texans, the Smiths, Clark and Gary were lined up in pass rush situations.

Clearly, the Texans gave Gary an inordinate amount of attention. I'm feeling good about the D.
