I'm not exactly sure who re-signed him.

This tweet makes it look like the Saints re-signed him:

But Ben Levine over at ProFootballRumors interprets the tweet as meaning the Packers signed him, and Pro Football Reference cites that article on Banjo's player page.

Seven million seems a bit pricey for a guy who's started a grand total of four games since 2013, has all of three interceptions in his career (all in the last two seasons), and has racked up a whopping total of one fumble recovery, seven passes defensed, and 41 tackles (35 solo) since he entered the league.

It looks like the evidence is pretty conclusive that he was signed by the Saints. I still think they overpaid, but maybe he makes an impact that doesn't show up on the stat sheet.

He is The Saints"Jarret Bush" .

Never a starter on D, plays mostly nickle and dime.
He is a great ST's player.
