The actual new year for the NFL starts tomorrow.
I believe, someone correct me if I am wrong, The Packers top 53 contracts must be below the cap number starting tomorrow and running through the preseason.
So we should be able to get a better idea where The Packers stand as far as cap space once these new contracts get signed and put on the books.
The Packers are going to have to have 8 - 10 million available to sign their rookie class.
I'm beginning to understand why the "Salary Cap " guy is probably the most important guy in the building except for the GM.
