Perhaps its the disappointment of a crappy season and viewing a pathetic effort this week, but I am completely underwhelmed by our roster, coaching staff, trainers, and just about everything else.

Roster - I see other teams playing second and third team quarterbacks and be competitive, we aren't.
Our backups at other positions are not the caliber of other teams, and our big money starters, esp Cobb, Matthews, et. al. suck. They are barely starting caliber, much less stars. I dont care who you blame, mostly TT, but our roster is simply not competitive. And spare me the "time to develop" argument, I see other teams playing rookies and excelling. Roquan Smith signed late, was hurt, and leads the Bears in tackles. The Bears back up receivers outplay our starters. Our guys have had year to learn the system, and either they are too damn dumb to pick it up or they just suck.

Philbin - I thought I would see a pick-up in creativity in playcalling, scheming as an audition for the job...it just isnt there[/list]

Pettine - Tremendous improvement over Capers, and would like to have him back. But for goodness sakes, every time the opposition goes hurry up, we have our thumbs up our asses.[/list]

Zook - honestly pull your head out your ass. We have play too many penalties and such even when we don't we are well below average. The fake field goal today is just the latest example [/list]
