OOPS---

NOT 100% clear---

We are GOOD at QB---- PERIOD--- good, bad, ugly....NET GOOD!

We, amongst ALL of the 32 teams in the NFL and fanworld, should be able to understand and appreciate whatever setbacks in the QB dept. might be endured on a temporary basis, and this guy is easier to travel with, zealot fan - wise...

I'm trying my hardest not to crown Aaron Rodgers but he's a real good, tough QB this season. He's young so there's no reason he shouldnt improve season by season but today he showed me some good things. After that big hit he took on the run he got up and pounded his chest twice.. that's what I love to see, he was more emotional out there getting pumped up with the home crowd roaring. He didn't have enough time on the clock to score a TD in my opinion. Not throwing blame but the ST's and our defense coulda stopped them, especially the special teams. It's never good to end the game on an INT though, he's done that a couple times this year but with time I think he'll be more clutch and we'll have some ARod Magic. I coulda sworn I heard the commentator say something to that tune on the Jennings TD.

It's not as easy as you think. When he brought us back was that a pressure situation and took the lead?? He can't keep doing it over and over again. It's not going to happen. The D is forcing our O to take too many risks. Good teams can have their QB make a few mistakes and still win.

Like Last year Favre had a lot of 2 rough games in a row but our D would hold teams to 13 points some games and we'd kick a FG to end it.

He's coming along nicely.
Can't pin this loss on him. He did everything he could.
Gave his D a lead with under 2 minutes. Left it in THEIR hands. And they couldn't hold it.

then threw a bonehead pass to give them the lead right back
a classic Aaron rogers quote\r\n\r\nquote: \"I\'ve got a roommate, a guy I met in town. He works for the Packers now as an athletic trainer....He\'s been great for me...Our friendship goes a lot deeper than what we do. \"

I feel today (as well as other days) proved that Rodgers is the guy we wanted him to be at the start of the season.
He brought us back in a game and helped our offense put 31 points on the board.
To blame him for trying to make a play at the end would be harsh as we would complain if he was being conservative with the ball too.
We use to forget Brett for trying to make a play didn't we?
Time to give Aaron the slack... He played well. :thumbleft:

Especially in light of his bad start today, coupled with his tough game last week. The boy impressed me---I was thinking "BAD BRETT DAY SQUARED" and he rallied. I like this kid, I really do.

Peppers is a jack ass. That play happened right in front of me. I flipped him off and yelled a few choice words. :xcensoredx:
