Daniels has been with the Patriots organization for 18 years now. I find it hard to believe that he would come to Green Bay or, even if he did, that he would stay for long.

I don't think I agree with Freeman's thesis that Rodgers only has one offensive weapon. If nothing else, he has Aaron Jones. It's not Brian Gutekunst's fault (though it might be Mike McCarthy's) that Rodgers so brazenly ignores Jones on the field. I can think of at least three plays yesterday alone in which Jones was wide open at the marker and Rodgers decided to go for the flashier option. It worked once, on the deep bomb to Adams, but it failed the other two times, both of which (I think) came on third down . . . plays that completions to Jones could have extended drives.

I agree it may only be for a few years, but that's OK, imo. Usher Rodgers through the last few years, win another Super Bowl, then move on. I'd consider that a win. I don't want most coaches to stick around for a decade or more. Most can't adapt quickly enough.
