Pregame show they're talking about how to use their reactivation from IR deal.

Is Trevor Davis really worth it? I mean yeah, dude has speed, can shake and bake to some degree but, look at Ty Montgomery on these returns. Dude was All American in college for that. He leads the league in 60+ yard returns called back. What's the difference who's 60+ return gets called back? It's still getting called back.

To me the only difference is that Ty knows when to field the ball and when to let it bounce into the end zone. OK, one more difference. We've already got enough WRs on the roster.

I mean Trevor is dynamic, but I just don't always trust him back there.

Wait, this is just talk right? I thought you were saying it's officially happening at first...

No I don't think Davis is worth a return from IR, and I would consider Jake Kumerow a better option... Packers need better WRs much more than better returners (at least in my opinion).

I don't think Wilkerson will be healthy again this season... Ryan can't come back because he was never on the 53 man roster first.

I'd have Kumerow, Murphy and House all ahead of Davis, but that's just because I've never seen anything special from Davis other than returner... and I haven't felt like that's been too much of a problem (most kickoffs go into the end zone anyways... AND even when there is a long return, it gets called back to the yellow flags anyways!

Absolutely not worth it. The dude sucks and shouldn't have made the 53 in the first place.

Then again maybe he wouldn't cost us a hard fought game on the road.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
