In 3 of the 3 games we looked like the same damn team of past years.

How can anyone RELAX when its the same tiring product out there? And to top it off, we cant even hit the QB legally anymore which probably mentally screwed Clay who is our only decent pass rusher.

I cant wait for everything Ted Thompson related to be gone except the few players that actually perform.

Please let this be McCarthys last season...

The QB protection rule actually HELPS us, because

1: We have a top 5 all time QB, and no one is allowed to breathe on him. Sure, we have to be careful with other QB, but they arent as good as ours. Therefore we have a greater net benefit from that rule than other teams. We both have to adhere to that rule on defense, but on offense, we benefit from the rule significantly more.

2: We have Jack shit for pass rush. While other teams have invested high draft picks and large percentages of their cap space in edge rushers, we have Jack shit at the position. I mean, we took Perry high, but he's a run stuffer. Our team has invested in Dline and DBs. Therefore, while other teams have invested heavily in weapons that can now no longer be used, or used properly, our front office has had the wisdom and foresight to invest elsewhere, in weapons that CAN actually be used in game situations.

I mean really. How often has Clay gotten to the QB this year? Twice now? 😂

The rule doesn't help the Packers. And the rule has nothing to do with drops.

At some point, players are gonna TAKE the penalty in exchange for putting a kill shot on someone. Is 15 yards worth it to play against Kizer instead of Rodgers.

I mean damn, if you're gonna get called anyway, might as well get your money's worth.

Seems like the former is the reason why jags like Mccarthy are still around. So long as we continue to make the playoffs and make money for the BOD, no changes will happen.

So not only do we miss a SB title, we also keep the same staff around because most coaches dont get fired for making the playoffs constantly.

Look how long it took to get rid of capers and TT.
