My friend brought this up at the start of the game saying Rodgers would suck because he can't play in domes. The only other game he's played in a dome was the Metrodome against the Vikings. So, there's not much to support the claim, but it's still something to look at. I remember I hated being in the metrodome when I saw the Packers beat the Vikings there as a kid (now that was a fun game to wear a green bay jersey too). It was obnoxiously loud.

If I recall the all time greatest QB (IMO) had trouble with domes for his first 10 years too

Rodgers and the entire offense were just fine playing in the Superdome in the first half. But once the game got away from them early in the third quarter the Saints were pumped up, and there was no stopping them. I didn't see any sign that the crowd noise was causing problems. The Packers just got spanked, plain and simple.

Agreed. The whole team went flat in the second half. Unfortunately the offense started playing like the defense.

It almost seemed like the Packers switched uniforms with the Saints today. It was plain uncharacteristic of the team. We did decent against the run and downright terrible against the pass. Likewise, our running game was good, but we threw a bunch of picks.

Does anybody think it strange that we look so slow and can't seem to keep our footing in domes? Obviously this is not the biggest thing to talk about, but what the hell? Get the right cleats?
