It wouldn't be a Green Bay Packers win without a couple of injuries to key players. The good news is that the Packers snapped a three-game losing skid to take down their division rivals. The bad news? They could be without the services of running backs Aaron Jones and Ty Montgomery for a while. Jones,

Will be interesting to see what Ted does.
Sounds like both guys will miss some time, but not season ending.

I think The Packers still have an open roster spot with The release of Bennett

Is there any veteran Rb's available?

Do they just go with Williams and Mays for now using Cobb as a change if pace?

Packers don't have a rb on P.S., I am kind of hoping they bring back Kaliff Phillips.

He was udfa from Charlotte, the last rb to be released.

Could not find where he is signed by any other team.

Would just run with what they have (Some pun intended).

If what I'm hearing is true Jones should be back available in a couple weeks. We can also use Rip to pound the ball up the middle in emergency case.

they need to shut Ty down until he is completely healthy.

That is because he was full participation so they don't need to list him even if he still was hurt.

I wish they would have had Ty sit out longer than he did. Flack jacket or not, it takes time for the ribs to mend. Now they probably popped again.

Going with Williams, Rip and Mays should work. Cobb in the backfield doesn't do much for me. He is basically an around end type of runner and the defenses react too quickly for it to work very often.

Well they have Williams, Mays, Rip and Cobb as all as potential RB options. So I don't think they're short there, as long as the injured two are short term injuries.

You really have a thing for Phillips 👅 ... but sorry to say I've never seen much there. Though to be fair, there is probably not much for a RB I like either (Khalfani Muhammad, who's with the Titans PS, and there is no way the Packers bring Muhammad as he's not 200 lbs.)
