Someone is going to get another new title and another contract extension.

Irsay has final say over personnel decisions. So I expect GB denies permission.

If they allow him to interview i doubt he takes the job.

If he's been told Dorsey is the guy, he might take the Colts job. This is a good landing spot for him. He'll be in AFC, sow his wild oats [if he's got 'em to sow] and he'll be back for life in GB after he gets scapegoated as Colts continue to crash and burn w/ Irsay at the helm.

This is a shocker...Ballard is just as hot if not hotter than Eliot.

Surely, Irsay had to give up final say to land Ballard.

Speculation was that Ballard was stayed put in KC believing he was going to be GM sooner than later, which fueled speculation that Dorsey was coming to GB. And Wolf was allowed to interview for Colts job, which means he wasn't going to become GB's GM sooner than later.

I think all this means Ted is finishing out his contract and maybe more.
