There are General Managers in the NFL who have worked under Ted Thompson. John Schneider 7 - 2, Reggie McKenzie 7 - 2, John Dorsey 7 - 3 and if you want to count Thompon's time at Seattle, Scot McCloughan 6 - 3 - 1

That's 21 wins vs 7 losses or if you add Scot 27 - 10 - 1.

The common thread is those General Managers draft well and are plugging holes via free agency and/or trade.

Packers do not have the defense they have, but the Broncos canned their head coach and got to the Super Bowl and won the following year.

Ted is a big picture guy. I trust Ted and the process. However I blame the low draft picks for multiple years to have hurt us alot

I blame the poor draft picks... the Packers have invested a lot in defensive draft picks and (not counting the rookies this year) have gotten very little out of them since 2010... other than Daniels, Haha and Ryan... and maybe Perry, but it took him a while to come on.

Also I said it before the off season, if Hayward was cheap, they should of resign him... and the Packers didn't.
