Back during TC I was mad as could be that there was talk of keeping 7 WRs. It's stupid. You can't utilize 7 WRs. Keeping more than 5 is a wasted roster space because you can't even use 5 WRs effectively.

If you are going to keep 7 WR, you should use more than three on a consistent basis. When you keep 7 and use 3-4, it's just stupid. It's not hard to use the talent, but Mike McCarthy doesn't adapt to his talent, but rather demands the talent adapt to his system.

I was hoping they'd maybe use Jeff Janis and Trevor Davis running deep post routes to tire out the secondary. Once those CB's get winded, suddenly they get careless. But, no, we just let them ride the pine.


Cut 2 WR and get depth elsewhere.
