For five weeks, all will be still. Players have been excused for summer vacation. Coaches are with their families. On the football calendar, the space after minicamp may be the only real quiet time.

Word is Janis has looked good in OTAs. Word also is that Davante hasn't been getting open. Maybe it's just a deal where there's chemistry between Hundley and Janis. Maybe they've gotten back up reps with each other. Then again, maybe Janis is getting it done.

Word also is that Blake Martinez is getting a ton of reps. Barrington still has that foot.

Oh yeah, and I've heard they really like Gunter. I've heard he's been working the press coverage, Al Harris style. It's all covered here in this article.

Oh yeah, Lacy looked good and got in shape, then has started balooning out again. Could be a concern. Keep an eye on how he looks in 5 weeks.

Spriggs has been at RT.

Here's another thing I've heard.

Some of these UDFA RBs have been looking good. Might find a dude or two who could pan out. Unknown at this point if we'll have need, but it's good to hear.

Should be a pretty good camp this year.

Heard Spriggs was struggling a bit at RT. "Could be a project," was the word.

Hope he can get it done.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.

Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
