We have been fortunate to have 20 + years with a HOF caliber QB. That's why it is frustrating that we don't have 4 or more Lombardis to help ease the pain when Aaron Rodgers hangs it up.

What a mess. I agree I am so thankful we missed this. I have been a Chase Daniel fan since college. Bradford to bitch is laughable given his shitty record along with his non-reliability which makes his trade value zero. Wentz is going to Philly and will be the best of the 3. Good luck with all the dead money towards the cap Eagle fans. Doesn't make up for 4th and 26, but I am starting to smirk.

The point here is that teams are dumb for mortgaging their future for one guy. Has it ever worked out for a team to do this? Packers for Hadl, Vikings for Walker, Saints for Williams, 'Taters for RGIII, now Eagles for Wentz. No one player is worth all that risk unless they are so sure fire that you can count on the value. Even if Wentz is a Pro Bowler, is he worth like 5 guys? I doubt it. Despite the current mantra, I think a team can win without a great QB if they have a good team otherwise. (Manning and Osweiler had horrible numbers last year).
