Luckily running back is one of the easier positions to replace, can usually find starters on day 2 and 3 of the draft and most can start getting lots of reps as rookies.

The hardest thing for rookie rbs usually is learning blitz pickups, routes out of the backfield and other 3rd down shenanigans. Fortunately for us we have an excellent 3rd down back developing before our eyes in Monty.

Who knows maybe we can resign lacy to a cheap 1 year prove it contract.
