I would prefer Lamar Miller to Forte.

He'll get a bigger, longer deal with more guaranteed money than Forte and signing him tells Lacy good luck somewhere else after 2016.
Forte is going to get a deal structured so that if after 1 year, two at the most, the team will be able to get out from under it with little or no dead money. Miller will get a deal with more money pushed to the back end so that he will be much harder to ditch after 2 years.
That's just the way I see it. Given what they may still have in Lacy I'd prefer Forte over Miller if we were to bring in a FA RB to light a fire under Lacy. I guess whomever it may be we would call him the deep fat fryer. I'd hate to give up on Lacy and if he does get back to his pre 2015 form I'd rather have him and Forte for another year after that than Miller and someone else. Of course if he is going to come back to his pree 2015 form I'd rather save even more money and just keep Starks. I'm actually leaning that way anyway. Forte will probably cost 2-3 million more than Starks and if you are gambling that Lacy rebounds I say save the money. If you want to play it safe thinking Lacy may fall flat then go ahead and spend the money.
