I really think (next to offensive line) the next biggest need on offense is a tight end that can at least pose the threat of an inside game similar to what we had with Jermichael Finley. He was never going to put up Rob Gronkowski stats (because he wasn't as talented), but his presence on the field alone gave defenses something else to worry about, thus, the receivers were able to get open more.

If the Packers had their OL healthy and even a tight end like
Owen Daniels (who was available last off season) I think the offense would be putting up probably 5-7 more points per game.
I mention Daniels was a free agent, but I also understand the Packers used the 98th overall pick on Richard Rodgers and felt he would progress positive from year one to year two so I do understand why they wouldn't sign a 32 year old tight end to a 3 year contract worth $12,250,000. But it still is somewhat frustrating to look back and think "what if!" lol
