Mike needs to call the plays we always had a good/excellent offense with him calling the plays.
Tom Clemments has no idea about how to get the players in rythm and Rodgers is clearly frustrated with the playcalling.

I would have never imagined a 3-3 first half against this Detroit team at home.

It is beyond noticeable that the offense plays better quicker, not that faux hurry up when they come up to the line and barely get the snap off.
