I've liked Joe Whitt Jr for quite some time now and the more I see of him, the more I'd like to see him as the new defensive coordinator.

i don't like replacing shit coaches with others from the inside. just prolongs the shit

The Packers don't have a ton of elite defensive players, so they have to get more out of their coach. They have to have one or the other. Dom Capers just isn't that guy, in my opinion, of course. I have felt the same way for at least a couple years now. The Packers defensive personnel are better than they have played. The defense plays with Caper's ho-hum personality.
