I was surprised that someone would say the offensive line is providing excellent protection for Aaron Rodgers.

I think getting the ball out quickly helps keep the sack/pressure numbers down.

This by no means verifies that thought, but I thought it was somewhat interesting to note.

On passes that traveled 10+ yards in the air, Rodgers completed (66%) 18 of 27.
On passes that traveled 9 yards or less in the air, Rodgers completed (85%) 49 of 58.

These Ts need all the help they can get.

Barclay had a rough day. That's why he's a back up. We had to expect the sacks would come. My hope is that Bulaga is ready to go and plays well after the bye.

Wasn't it a 4-6 week estimate from the team?

I don't get why our coaches don't keep a tight end over there to help Barclay? It's just poor coaching.

Wow, who would have thought that the OL is the weakest link on the team. How much longer is Rodgers not going to get up after being sacked so many times?

Why they would expect that, I have no idea. Also it seemed the Niners were prepared for the free plays thing.

A win is a win is a win ........ but sheeesh! the pass blocking was poor and the run blocking was inconsistent at best.

With Aaron Rodgers' escapability, I think I'd rather have the TE be a safety valve or in some other pass pattern.

The Niners played like shit last week, but they were on their game today defensibly anyway. It would be nice to have better O Line blocking, but the fact is, we can win pretty much anytime against pretty much anybody with what we have.
