It's not as though the entire game came down to one series, so don't get the wrong idea -- but I disagreed with the playcalling on the last part of our final offensive series. We were in Tennessee territory and on 1st and 2nd down we took some 5-step drop plays and tried to force it downfield. If we take a little bit of the clock with us there, and set up for a more manageable 3rd down, then maybe we have a chance to kick the field goal rather than punt. From that point on it was all Tennesse (notwithstanding the Bironas miss at the end of regulation).

I thought the Packers showed up today. It didn't always look pretty on offense, but that's going to happen against a top defense. Outside of a few big plays, the defense played great. It's a shame Tennessee won it -- it almost felt like they stole it from us. Meh. The Packers are still in the thick of things. They just have to do their job against the division teams. I'm going to the game next week, and I'm their good luck charm at the dome (2-0 the last two years :))

Ye, we where dominating, just not executing. We should've won that with the way our defense played in the 4th. 4 3-and-outs on 5 drives and we still couldn't do anything. We where just horrible on their side of the field today.

I do still think that OT should be changed. If there's been a score on the first drive, the opposing team has to get the chance to tie it.

Rodgers had some bone head plays as did Brady P..

The D stepped up to take charge but just couldnt muster enuff at the end..

Ryan finally showed he still has it..

wish the refs would have called the p/i call on that Jennings drop..

Driver had a good game but had a few drops as well.

Finley really needs to catch the ball better..that was suppose to be his specialty coming out of college..He had 2 perfectly thrown to him ( one 4 a TD ) and he can't make the grab

Poppinga did commit the personal foul, but that other guy had his hands up in Poppinga's facemask for the whole play and the refs ignored it, so I can see why Poppinga was so mad.

I agree that Ryan Grant looked good. He has his burst back and he lowered his shoulder into some defenders to pick up extra yards.

Driver was very good. The one drop I think was caused by a weird sun angle, but yes, he still had at least one bad drop.

The problem with Finley on those two plays was that he just wasn't open. Both of them would have been very difficult to catch. He needs to get open so he won't be forced to make circus catches. At least he eventually got his first NFL reception.

The guy Brady slapped did hit him 1st, but Brady HAS to walk away..As they say it isnt the one that throws the 1st punch that gets caught, its the 2nd guy..

I disagree with Finley..

Even Moose? said that rodgers put in the right spot..I do know for a fact on the non Td one, I said Finley has to jump at least 2 inches for that ball

Grant kept his legs going, but i did see a few plays where i think he was stubbron and just hit a hole with out looking to the right..I can think of 2 times he should have cut it to the right and not bang it in to the hole it was suppose to go to.

Talk about Brady moving away...What in the HELL what Nick Barnett doing in OT???? when he tackled their RB. he kept pushing him down. Talk about stupid play. He had a chance of getting them into better field goal range.

Nothing in that football game to hang in shame over. We came quite close, we failed in many areas that we would like to think we are good at. No big injuries that I see. The rest of the North better watch the F out, we are actually a bit better than I thought we were. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, KMA... Bi-queen and Bares fans... you have NO CLUE what you are dealing with... The Green Bay Packers can hang with ANYBODY in this league... again, KMA, and talk your schwantz provincial smack at your own peril....

Well, at least Aaron Rodgers's stats look good. That's what is most important.

Like in the playoff game last year, we were just one play away from winning(like one of the 238273 interception attempts this game).

Didn't make em. Lost.

To a 8-0 team.

Now we have the Vikings and Bears the next two weeks. OH NO! HOW WILL WE FARE?!?!?!

Relax, spazzes.

I agree 100%. I could NOT believe we didn't run on 1st and 2nd down at their 45. That was the ballgame right there.

The Vikings and Bears are gonna be even more physical.

The good news is that Green Bay is just as physical, and now Bigby and Harris should be totally focused this time.
