What does that mean - "third WR who knows the playbook"?
Does that mean out of the 8 or 9 WRs we have used in two preseason games, only 2 know the playbook? And presumably one of them is now out with an ACL hahahaha.

I think it's fair to say Abby might be our 3rd most ready to not make mistakes on the field but I question whether Myles White isn't in a better position to be our 3rd most ready not to make mistakes due to his extra time here.
Utter speculation about whether Abby is our 3rd best WR. He has played zero downs in a fake game and has practiced what 2 or 3 times in a real TC before being injured twice?
Would love to see Abby back and hope he can stay healthy. He gets it...a technician that I think Aaron can trust but we shall see.
EDIT: Abby did say he used his time last year and he knows the playbook now. I'm not sure he wouldn't get hurt on a gusty day in Chicago. That wind is pretty powerful.
Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."
