Let's see:

The following are LOCKS:

Offense (19)
QB (2): Rodgers, Tolzien
RB (2): Lacy, Starks
FB (1): Kuhn
TE (2): Rodgers, Quarless
WR (4): Nelson, Cobb, Adams, Montgomery
OT (3): Bulaga, Bakhitiari, Barclay
OG (3): Sitton, Lang, Taylor
OC (2): Linsley, Tretter

Defense (20)
NT (2): Raji, Pennel
DE (2): Daniels, Boyd
OLB (5): Matthews, Peppers, Perry, Mulumba, Elliott
ILB (3): Barrington, Palmer, Ryan
S (3): Burnett, Clinton-Dix, Hyde
CB (5): Shields, Hayward, Randall, Rollins, Gunter

So I have 6 spots in offense and 5 spots in defense (the 3 specialists are always in)

Offense:

* It's clear we'll add a TE and maybe 2 if Quarless is suspended so I think Perillo is an almost lock and either Henry or Backman have a chance. I want to see Henry play without the club and Backman is a draft pick so he always has some extra chances.
* I only have 3 RBs, I think we'll add a 3rd RB either Crocket, Harris or Neal, I see the 3 of them very close. I don't think we'll cut Ripkowski because he is the next John Kuhn (I suposse) but he is also very stashable in the PS. I guess he is in.
* I think we'll use 5 or 6 WRs. It's either White or Janis or both.
* I'll add Rotheram or Walker to the OL staff. I might point out that Vujnovich is not playing bad and we are very thin at tackle with Bakthiari and Barclay not in top shape.

Defense:
* Either Ringo or Thornton or both will make the team. I'm not sold on Gaston yet.
* At LB I have Hubbard ahead of Vaughters at this moment and Joe Thomas is close behind.
* I need a couple more DBs. Goodson , Banjo, Richardson are in the bubble. I think Richardson is probably a lock he plays STs. Between Banjo and Goodson I think Banjo is closer.

Good job!

Some tough calls to be made in a couple of weeks.
The only real question I have with your locks is....

What about Hundley?

I don't think Ted risks Losing him through waivers.

You might have to sacrifice a lineman hoping to get him through waivers and onto The practice squad.

This is what Ted is paid to do.

Make the tough calls.

Glad it's him not me.

I believe he is in even if Blanchard outplays him a little in the next weeks. They can even control that with reps.

The QB position gets interesting if a desperate team throws in a 1st pick offer for Tolzien. Tolzien might (might!) be too good to be just Rodgers' backup and only play mop-up duty.

There is a near 0% chance Hundley gets cut. I'd say 0 but anything is possible.

If Hundley plays lights out the last 3 games the tough call will be to hold onto Scott and go with 3 QB's as Hot Rod Hundley is going nowhere.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

I will say if Ripkowski keeps playing well, I think this may be Kuhn's last year in Green Bay. He didn't sign until late and it was pretty much a veterans minimum deal.

Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired
