STRENGTHS Showed improvement in his route-­running as season progressed. Runs routes with good forward lean and has a second gear he can call on when the ball is in the air. Won't dance after the catch -- gets downhill and gets as much yardage as he can. Can get up and stab it at high point to finish tough catches.

WEAKNESSES Not asked to run many routes. Beneficiary of several big catch­-and­-run plays underneath. Average quickness in his release from press coverage and doesn't possess much separation quickness underneath. Must improve field and boundary awareness.

BOTTOM LINE One half of a dynamic duo at Texas A&M Commerce with pretty good size and build-­up speed. Despite his lack of college experience, Collins showed improvement as the season progressed and might have enough growth potential to get a few teams interested. His lack of quickness could limit him.
