He is 76. We can still let Joe go on to greener pastures. We can still get a new defensive coordinator (old guy will be retired soon) who can be mentored by Wade (Pretty much anyone, he IS 76, would command their respect)
In my scenario, I'd take a crack at the DC from Georgia. I recall he turned down the DC position for the Eagles last year, citing quality of life for his family. Green Bay is Georgia with snow.
Rich B. can suck up a title demotion and fix the special teams like he tried to this year.
