Career backup lineman, needed depth, this kind of makes me lean toward Sitton and Lang are both sitting tomorrow night.

One or both may be active, but neither will start.

Just guessing here.

Still gonna be The Eddie Lacy Show!!!!! 100+ on the ground, 100+ receiving, 2td's.

Aaron throws for 2 more.

Forte matches Lacy's numbers but not scores.

The difference as always, Jay Cutler is picked twice, on being a pick six!!!

Packers 38 Bears 16

Ted drafted this guy, but he needed a season in the weight room. Knock on him was that he was a "locker room lawyer." Anyway he got nabbed off of our PS.

So that's one less drafted player who "didn't work out," right? Because now he's back on the roster, having proven that while he wasn't good enough to be on OUR team, he was still good enough to remain in the league.

JAMON - that means HAM in Spanish. I guess we needed more pork huh? (just joking)

"Clubhouse Lawyer"? What does that even mean? Did he advise other players to ask for more money or something?

I don't think this minor signing says much about Sitton or Lang playing or not playing; I think it is more about filling the spot vacated by Sherrod. If the guy has hung around that many years, he must be at least decent. I assume he came cheap. It seems like a fairly good move to me.

He played at G for Tampa when he was there. So that certainly helps out Oline depth with him being able to play both T and G.

For the record, Ted's record sucks, imo. Picking Aaron Rodgers late in the 1st round is his one shining moment. Hell, even Dhazer would have taken him at that point in the draft. This would not be a point of contention with me, except for the fact that this man lives and dies for our organization through the draft.

I think the Packers would have been far better served just listening to any of our own draftniks the last several years. That is F'd up, man. I always wanted to believe Ted was just understated. He's not. He's a dumbass, not brilliant, not even smart. That's what I see, mostly.

(He did go get Clay, but I think many were on that one also)

I could be wrong, here, I am still willing to admit that, PLUS (Here's the kicker😆 )

I MAY (may, mind you 😳 ) owe Dhazer an extreme apology for his being so harsh on Ted so early.

This is, of course counter-weighted by ME being so early on Aaron Rodgers vs. Dhazer, so I officially rescind any projected apology on the whole Ted Thompson thing...

😆 =d>

...maybe I made someone smile in the meantime with this worthless post. It could happen.

I really liked him when we drafted him; and while didnt think he was the best OLine dude thought he could develope into someone good.

Glad we have him back be cool to see him play - not sure what position he will play thou - I think we tried him at tackle before so have to see.
