HGH testing starts Monday...What Packers should be worried?

This is a very interesting thing to me. There have been rumors about Clay Matthews for years. Now, we'll see if there are any legs to them once testing begins Monday.

I believe there are hundreds of NFL players using HGH in the NFL. I'm friends with a former NFL player who was in camp with KC and Oakland. He told me there wasn't a single guy in the NFL not using something. He got into steroids because it was rampant in the locker room. Guys speak about it freely according to him.

Sadly, the NFL is a league of who cheats the best. Who is likely from Green Bay or anywhere to be caught?

Oh man this will be something, but I am not about to speculate. I wonder how many players in the league are on it. This is exciting for the wrong reasons.

All teams, coaches, & players should have known that HGH testing was coming. They have been talking about it for a long while now. I am interested to see who is going to be dumb enough to get caught. It's going to be another circus .:-"

I always assumed CM3 due to his USC connection. Jared abbrederis is about the only player I'd be surprised to learn is taking hgh.

The article doesn't include the penelties for testing positive. This policy could turn into a Ryan Braun circus in a hurry with the lawyers top payed NFL players can afford.

The way Hawk has been tackling the last couple weeks made me wonder, just a little.

They're only going to test 5 guys a week from 8 teams. Interesting. I would guess these are random players not just ones suspected.

In doing some cursory research it appears HGH is out of the blood within hours. Not sure that's the case, but it's what I read making HGH testing a waste of time.

Taking blood from a player vs. urine is a big deal though. Should be very interesting to see what the blood net catches when it's cast tomorrow.

Drug testing in pro-sports is a joke anyway. The threasholds are high enough and players have been at it long enough to know how much they can take while staying under that threashold. Players fail test because they messed up their dosage, not because they decided to start juicing.
