KTVA reporter quits on-air, reveals herself as owner of Alaksa Cannabis Club

“Now everything you've heard is why I, the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club, will be dedicating all of my energy toward fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska," she said. "And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice but, fuck it, I quit.”

And with that, she walked off camera.

Cannabis is a political topic, but the way this lady burned her career bridge is dramatic. Apparently she wanted to gain attention for her cause, she did. Political topics are best posted in the restricted area.

I don't feel it's a political topic.
Just because most of either political side might lean one way or the other, doesn't make it political.
ANY drug can be abused.
And that is the REAL problem. Just like beer may lead to hard alcohol. Mary-jane may lead to worse drugs.
Anyway.......I'd say any chance of her reviving her TV career are over.....unless she moves to California!!![grin1]
