Yes, and his losing seasons have been ALL about injuries. In fact, his 8-8 season last year was all about injuries too. And yet he refusing to do a fucking thing about it. We still get reports from OTA observers that they were barely stretching before practice.

The second biggest thing holding Mike back are what I call "Mike McCarthy lulls." This is a combination of him thinking too much, and trying to "confuse the defense with multiple packages and formations" instead of just lining up and beating people and stat whoring. Although lack of tempo on offense and a complete disregard for time of possession are also huge factors.
