Figure, Rodgers knows how to throw guys open... without exposing them. Or, at least, minimizing their exposure to the big hit. You know he hasn't experienced anything close to that kind of ability from a QB. Abbrederis is going to love playing in GB. I think he is a player who will be eased in over the course of a couple of seasons. They will build him up. Hopefully he survives as a returner this season and has some success there.

As for staying healthy he came to the WORST possible place.

If he can bulk up a bit, that will go a long way towards protecting his head, at least as far as collisions. Plus since he's had concussions before, that may tend to skew his baseline data in his initial neurological testing. Might make it easier for him to come back after the next one.

It's not just concussions he gets hurt a lot in games, his body isn't built for taking a hit like someone like James Jones for example. GB is not a bad place for WRs for staying healthy because Rodgers doesn't hang his receivers out like most other QBs. Very rarely do our WRs ever take on a huge collision while catching a ball. Here he's going to catch a pass and have a chance to get down or make a move before the defender reaches him.
