I agree with Zero that Bishop made the defense tougher, it just felt energized for whatever reason.

It's also true that we let him go when we had to, a move that surprised many of us but turned out to be right (so far).

We need a LB with a bad attitude, Hawk is too elvish. Somebody needs to be in the middle looking at the offense players with a nasty smile.

I don't think we need a low profile great player but we need a player with a great personality.
